*For those of you that are wondering what the tour was all about here is a recap: We drove and taught on the east coast classes based off my book Make it Fizz and I am sharing the journey with you.Oh Canada! Day 20 Wow I have made it to day 20! Thank you for hanging in there with me. I promise the end it all comes together!   We got up and said our goodbyes to Anika and her family. Then we headed out to head to Canada. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. I have never been to another country. I had a a file folder full of stuff hoping I had enough. Our last class in New Jersey I sold all leftover bath bomb supplies.....I mean really explaining white powder in the back of your car was not on my list for the day. We stopped at a coffee shop when we crossed over into New York for a brief minute. It was called Historic Grounds....It was so cute. They made fresh popovers!IMG_6660 IMG_6666 IMG_6665 We had stumbled across this cafe and it is where the birth place of the US Navy was started.IMG_6658IMG_6657 We left there and had about 2 hours before the border of Canada. Our first stop was in Montreal. We were picking up my friend from airport. Kirin joined us for this part of the trip. When we got into Canada the speed limit says 100/60 so I am like wow they get to drive 100!! Umm nope! that is in KM just for you guys that never drive in Canada like me..... I did run 2 stop signs also. It took me a minute to get it down. One thing about Canada on the Quebec side. EVERYTHING is in French. Oh boy that was challenging too. IMG_6670 I ordered a espresso and they asked me if my heart can handle it.....Do they not know me lol. It was strong and heavenly. IMG_6700IMG_6687 We went to the gardens and walked about 10 miles that day.IMG_6726 IMG_6716 IMG_6736 IMG_6731 That night we walked to the old part of Montreal IMG_6688 IMG_6678 We had soup dumplings. If you have never had them you must find a place and have them. They are dumplings filled with soup and like a small meatball. IMG_6681 (2) IMG_6698 More about Canada tomorrow <3 Holly
