*For those of you that are wondering what the tour was all about here is a recap: We drove and taught on the east coast classes based off my book Make it Fizz and I am sharing the journey with you.Beignets & Cajun Coffee Day 27 We had left Illinois early in the morning. We had a very long drive ahead of us. We were going to stop in Kansas City, Mo and stay with my friend Amanda and Ben, but we had to get home to my baby....(he is 18) but he needed his mom.  We drove for 10 hours and made it to Amanda's house and went to get lunch with them. IMG_7064 Ben loves pizza, they took us to get pizza at a local joint. IMG_7066 Amanda took us to the market down the street and they have amazing herbs and spices you can buy. I wish we had markets like this in Colorado. IMG_7067 Before we headed out we went and got coffee (of course ) and had a yummy beignet . Oh my they were so tasty. I felt I was in the south. The Cajun coffee was so good too!IMG_7068 I wished we could have stayed longer with Amanda. If you do not know Amanda is the co-owner of the Lovin Soap Project. They travel to other countries to teach women how you make soap, so they can have an income for their families. I have had the honor of seeing this from the beginning. It is her passion and you can see it. She also has a blog Lovin Soap , where she shares and gives recipes to other soapmakers. She has a book How to Teach Your Craft. They do amazing things and you can help HERE Thanks Amanda and Ben for letting us stop, even if it was brief! We left and drove to the middle of Kansas. I could not drive anymore. We were only 6 or 7 hours from home but I was beat. Thank you everyone for following along this Blog Your Brand for 30 days with me only 3 more days left! ~Holly
